Intermediate SCAT Test Prep

If your academically gifted child is prepping for the Intermediate SCAT then you are at the right place to increase her chances of qualifying for the JH-CTY summer program.

eTutorWorld offers Free and Premium Online Practice Tests and Worksheets for Intermediate SCAT Test Prep for both Verbal and Quantitative Sections.

Intermediate SCAT Test assesses Math and Vocabulary skills of students in grades 4 & 5

In the Intermediate SCAT Quantitative Section, students need to compare Math quantities in the 2 columns; while in the Intermediate SCAT Verbal Section students need to select the most appropriate pair of words related as the question pair to complete an Analogy.

  • Each section has 55 questions that include 5 unidentified experimental items and do not count toward the student’s score.
  • The Intermediate SCAT Test Score is calculated by first drawing out the raw score (number of correct answers out of the 50).
  • The Intermediate SCAT range for Scaled Scores are Verbal Range = 405-482 and Quantitative Range = 419-506.
