Solving Multi-Step Inequalities

Home | Online Math Tutoring | Algebra1-Tutoring | Solving Multi-Step Inequalities

When there are two or more steps involved in arriving at the solution for an inequality, these are termed as multi step inequalities. Variable can be placed on one side or both sides of an inequality.

When variables are placed at one side of an inequality, we need to follow the steps 2, 3 & 4.

Here variables are present in both sides of the inequality, hence we need to segregate the variable to the left-hand side and constants to right-hand side of the inequality.
